What you’ll be responsible for:

The Provider Enrollment Specialist processes enrollment applications for Physicians and/or other medical providers with Medicare/Medicaid and Commercial payers. Enrollment representatives works with internal teams, providers, Medicare and Medicaid to assist in completing the enrollment process for medical providers. Responsible for preparing and submitting enrollment applications and supporting documentation to enroll physician and group.


  What you’ll work on:

  • Participate in enrollment, credentialing, re-credentialing for group and individual providers
  • Maintain provider enrollment files, e-files, and update enrollment database with current and accurate information
  • Maintain and update providers CAQH profiles
  • Ensure work and product standards are of the highest quality
  • Maintain professional communication with all providers, external customers, coworkers and management
  • Correspond with providers as needed to obtain information in a professional manner
  • Maintain compliance with Joint Commission credentialing standards and company policies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all provider files
  • Other projects as assigned by management

 What you’ll bring to Access TeleCare:

  • High School Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in Enrollment required
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
  • Three to Five years work experience in Enrollment is required.
  • Experience in working with CMS/Medicare and Medicaid agencies including MACs as it relates to enrollment of medical providers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced team environment that requires decision-making and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based applications
  • Professional level written and oral communication skills
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proven accuracy with record keeping
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and self-manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High growth fast paced organization
  • 4 days weekly in office (Downtown Dallas, TX Corporate Office) preferred
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
