A growing dental practice that requires dedicated IT support to manage daily technical issues, assist with third-party vendor coordination, and support cloud-hosted software.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for a range of issues, including software, printers, cloud applications, and third-party vendor support. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with team members in a remote setting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing hands-on technical support, managing support tickets, and working closely with IT teams to learn and maintain software and system configurations.
