We are seeking an experienced and motivated AU Student Services Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing student enquiries, enrollments, and administrative processes, while supporting the company’s digital presence. Job Description

As an AU Student Services Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Student Enquiries & Enrollments: Receive and process student enquiries through company’s administration platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Enrolment & Administration Compliance: Conduct enrollments and handle administration tasks in full compliance with ASQA and State government education and training guidelines.
  • Business Development: Facilitate enrollments and administration requests that contribute to the company’s growth and create new sales opportunities.
  • Documentation Control: Undertake various administrative tasks related to enrollments and RTO processes, including documentation creation, organization, and management.
  • Assessment Review Process: Participate in the company's Assessment Review Process to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and securely manage accurate student enrolment and administrative records, ensuring privacy and security.
  • Training Partner Support: Provide high-level customer service and communication to training partners, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Brand & Reputation Management: Represent the company professionally across all communication channels, including social media, to uphold and promote our brand and reputation.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend meetings and collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous improvement and effective service delivery.


Requirements
  • RTO Sector Administration Experience: Proven experience working as an administrator within the RTO sector, with a strong understanding of enrollment processes and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts and engage effectively with students, colleagues, and training partners.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to convert student enquiries into enrollments and build lasting relationships to enhance business opportunities.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and general office software for day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Experience with aXcelerate, Student Convert, and/or Cloud Assess: Familiarity with these platforms is highly regarded.
  • Social Media Management: Experience in representing a company on social media platforms to build and maintain a positive public image.
