Executive Sales Coach – Full Time Contracted Position
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person delivery)
Income Expectations: US$150,000–$200,000/year (Uncapped based on performance)

About the Role:
As an Executive Sales Coach, you’ll work closely with business and sales leaders to create a culture of growth and excellence. You’ll help clients implement best practices, develop scalable sales processes, and foster ongoing improvement. This remote role includes occasional travel (expenses covered).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact coaching and training aligned with Emerse’s methodologies.

  • Support sales talent acquisition for clients.

  • Set and track KPIs, driving decisions and activities.

  • Develop and deploy sales playbooks and accountability frameworks.

  • Participate in business development and contribute to our growth.

What We’re Looking For (Required):

  • A proven track record in B2B sales (10 + years).

  • A proven track record in sales management and leadership (additional 10+ years).

  • Demonstrable sales team coaching, accountability, and motivational skills.

  • Experience in sales recruitment and onboarding is a plus.

  • Willingness to complete our Emerse Coach Training Program to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Performance-based earnings: US$150,000–$200,000 + (uncapped) annually for Certified Coaches.

  • First-year earnings: US$80,000–$100,000 + uncapped (based on learning curve and engagement).

  • Flexible schedule and revenue-sharing model.
