WHO YOU ARE:
Arootah is looking for a Director of Sales – Coaching and Wellness to develop and execute a comprehensive direct calling and digital sales strategy for an early-stage performance and wellness platform that includes personal and professional development coaching, consulting, remote-work leadership, a venture studio, proprietary technology, and wellness.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, data-driven sales leader with proven experience leading a team from brand development to sales conversion and massive growth. This person is innovative, industrious, process-oriented, and conscientious. Our top candidate will shape our sales organization and sell to new markets, strategize next steps, and negotiate complex B2B deals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Create and implement sales process, including sales funnels, to drive client acquisition and build high-quality and profitable client revenues Develop and implement digital sales strategies for all business lines, products, and services Constantly evaluate and implement new strategies to sales pipeline process to increase its velocity As a player-coach, develop the sales team: recruiting, hiring, and training Account Executives Manage and work alongside Account Executives in client / prospect meetings Prepare forecasts for Sales KPI reporting for the team and CEO for use in financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planningIdentify partnership and collaboration opportunities with other businesses Measure and improve weekly pipeline development activities tied to target KPI’s Work collaboratively and effectively with marketing and content teams and across the entire Arootah organizationHelp lead market research to define target market, establish Brand positioning and identify white space in the Financial, Tech, and Wellness markets Help define target personas based on product line and target them on digital platformsBuild lead lists using social media and online toolsMaintain and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot) YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Masters’ degree is a plus8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, with some experience selling coaching, consulting or wellness/personal development products/services or selling products/services into financial services, hedge funds, family offices, and other investment businessProven results leading within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, process driven environmentProven ability to develop and nurture a brand from conception through salesStrong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skillsAbility to work collaborativelyExperience developing and executing data-driven sales plans with clear KPIsExperience using CRM tools (HubSpot) Perks With Us:

The estimated base salary for this role is between $150,000 - $180,000 with additional incentives.
