We’re looking for an HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting and organizing our team.

❕This role is 100% remote, and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

As an HR Generalist, you’ll be the caring and detail-oriented presence that keeps our team connected and our processes efficient. From supporting team members to organizing critical HR operations, you’ll help create an environment where everyone can thrive.

Your responsibilities will Include

1.Supporting Our Team

  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s with team members to check in, offer guidance, and provide feedback.

  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.

2. Recruitment and Hiring

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to help build a talented and values-aligned team.

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.

3. Monitoring and Feedback

  • Track and review Asana project updates to ensure timelines and priorities are on track.

  • Monitor Hubstaff data to provide constructive feedback and help teams optimize their time.

4. Handling Administrative Processes

  • Manage contracts, salary updates, benefits, and other HR documentation with tools like CharlieHR.

  • Keep company policies, manuals, and handbooks organized and up to date.

  • Ensure all information is detailed, clear, and accessible.

5. Ensuring Confidentiality and Trust

  • Handle sensitive employee information, such as salary adjustments and performance data, with tact and discretion.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement solutions to create a better experience for the team.
