Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with various legal and HR tasks, supporting our internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong English proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as onboarding, employee record management, and policy updates.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for both HR and legal departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the HR and legal teams.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal (must).
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or legal fields.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote working environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
