Grain and Protein Technologies is a global organization with nearly 4,000 employees who develop technological solutions for farmers. Through products such as silos, grain drying and moving equipment, and connected controllers to improve animal welfare, the company’s mission is to provide smart solutions to ensure sustainable agriculture.

 

The North America team is currently looking for a Dealer Performance Manager who will be responsible to develop the USA dealer relation to assure dealer and customer satisfaction and to increase sales, market share and profitability for Tecno in the USA. The position will be responsible for optimizing dealer coverage / performance and driving overall dealer profitably by providing remote, 'in field' support, and face to face meetings.

 

Your Impact

  • Provide in-field support and conduct assessments/reviews of Dealer performance at dealer level.
  • Ensure dealer systems allow for detailed financial data to support the annual Dealer Performance Review (DPR) and support the Dealer to practically implement action plans identified.
  • Identify bottlenecks and challenges to ease of doing business with Tecno and participate in cross-functional projects to address inefficiencies, make improvements, and report on implementation progress.
  • Assess Dealers against minimum quality standards, monitor performance & oversee performance improvement plans to increase Dealer profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify dealer personnel structures and make recommendations on knowledge gaps and recommend Tecno training and development programs as well as managing succession planning with the dealer.
  • 50-60% travel required

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 6-8 years of job-related experience in sales and customer/dealer relationships
  • Familiarity with Engineering terminology and/or background in Engineering

 

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $130k – 140k, plus sales-related bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
