join the Australian team of an award-winning global digital agency.

Incubeta, manages some of the countries leading brands including Bonds, Rebel, Freedom Furniture,

and the Iconic to name a few. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a

wealth of paid social and SEM experience, client-focused, a strong work ethic, and great relationship

skills.


The Role

You will be part of the marketing team that runs performance Paid Social and Display campaigns

focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a Performance Media Marketing Manager you

will be an excellent communicator and influencer. You will be on top of the hottest Paid Social trends

and you must be passionate about understanding the evolution of the digital platforms. You are KPI

driven, you plan and execute Paid Social and Display campaigns utilising data and tracking tools to

achieve the business goals, driving customer acquisition and existing customer revenue through

effective delivery of results.

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years Experience using Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Criteo, Snapchat etc.
  • Experience in delivering a digital media campaign from start to finish
  • Knowledge of media tracking and using it to measure performance
  • Knowledge of online audience data and how it can be used to advertise
  • MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of automated bidding tools such as Smartly, DV360 etc
  • Good understanding of the Digital Media and Technology landscape
