What We’re Looking For
Our Human Resources team has a career opportunity for a Talent Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you’ll network with potential candidates, schools, and communities to help onboard needed talent. As the Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and working closely with HR management providing confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position provides oversite of talent acquisition on hard to fill positions, recruitment processes, onboarding activities related to assigned positions, and job/career fair coordination and participation. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will work to build connections with the community Trillium serves; apply today to join our team!
On a typical day, you might:
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP, and other networking sourcing to help fill positions, which includes networking and reaching out to potential candidates to inquire about their interest with Trillium.
- Maintain contact with prior candidates that qualifications seem to be a good fit for a current open position and or potential candidates for future roles.
- Work with outside recruiter agencies to fill hard to fill positions.
- Coordinate to attend Career/Job Fairs as part of ongoing Networking strategies.

Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ human resources, recruiting, and/or social media communication experience;
OR
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ human resources, recruiting, and/or social media communication experience;
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience:
LinkedIn administrator, Indeed administrator, and/or ADP experience. Prefer four (4) years’ human resources, recruiting, and/or social media communication experience.
Required License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Location:
Remote within North Carolina.
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status.
