The  Opportunity

Location: Remote

Experience: 1-3 years of experience
Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and develop robust and thorough talent maps

  • Utilize multiple communication channels to develop and increase the active candidate pool

  • Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate candidates possessing the right competencies and  skills for their position and also ensure they are a culture-fit.

  • Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, to ensure candidate profiles align with position specifications.

  • Be the primary contact with Candidates ensuring a strong Candidate experience throughout.

  • Maintain detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment files.

  • Develop talent pipelines via various sourcing channels (Social media and other alternative sources).


Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably non-tech)

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, head-hunting is a MUST

  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate with hiring managers/senior executives throughout the organization.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong knowledge of firm recruitment policies, processes, and protocols.

Good To Have

  • Hiring experience in the media industry

  • Contractual hiring experience.
