About The Role

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Penbrothers International Inc., you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will handle technical positions such as but not limited to software and web development roles, data science roles, network & IT infra roles, engineerin and architecture roles, and more.


What You’ll Do

  • Execute end-to-end talent acquisition from job advertisement & sourcing, to application screening and initial interviewing, endorsing to hiring managers, facilitating various levels of interviews, job offer discussion & negotiation, and pre-onboarding.

  • Fill technical roles such as but not limited to Software Engineers, Web Developers, QA, BA, Project Manager, other Engineering roles, Web & UI/UX Designers, CRM & ERP Administrators & Developers, and other similar roles.

  • Manage requisitions for both existing and new clients. Manage healthy relationships with hiring managers from various clients and hiring departments.

  • Review job descriptions, scope hiring requirements, and participate in calibration activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of information needed to close requisitions within the defined SLAs.

  • Maintain and update records, tools, and systems to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data are used for reporting, reviews, and other similar purposes.

  • Collaborate and work effectively with the immediate team and the entire TA department and contribute to both departmental and organizational success.

  • Participate in market research activities and other departmental undertakings to contribute in process improvements.

  • Collaborate and maintain a healthy relationship with other departments such as but not limited to People & Culture, Customer Success, Sales, IT Operations, Senior Management, etc.
