Your role and responsibilities
Join the MISUMI Marketing Automation team, a driving force behind our customer-centric growth strategy. Starting with a small initiative, we have expanded to a team of 3 experts, collaborating across the EU to design, execute, and optimize impactful campaigns. As MISUMI continues to grow and capture market share, our team ensures that every campaign delivers measurable results, helping Sales and Marketing achieve their goals efficiently.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
  • CRM and data management: You improve the efficiency of CRM systems and data sources to ensure effective marketing and continuously improve the quality of our data and you ensure that all email campaigns comply with legal requirements, in particular email marketing regulations such as GDPR and the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Campaign management: You set up multi-channel campaigns within the marketing automation system (MAS), improve them and create meaningful reports to monitor success.
  • Content creation: You develop and customise content concepts for various marketing channels to ensure consistent and appealing communication.
  • Design and customisation: You design and customise engaging email marketing campaigns, including translation and customisation in different languages.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including MAS and CRM vendors and graphic agencies, to successfully implement marketing initiatives.
  • Project management: You take responsibility for the planning and execution of webinars and other marketing projects to ensure their success.
  • A/B Testing: You plan and execute A/B tests to increase and continuously improve productivity, conversion rates, ROI and revenue growth. Moreover you are responsible for maintaining and improving the deliverability of emails and for building and maintaining a good sender reputation.
Your profile
  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or comparable qualification.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, email automation and marketing communication and have a good understanding of marketing KPIs.
  • You are adept at optimising CRM software for effective marketing (e.g. Maileon, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • You have experience in analysing buying trends and customer activity and can use this data to improve marketing strategies
  • You have excellent communication skills and can choose the right method of communication depending on the target market.
  • You are familiar with MS Office, Miro, Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics and use these tools efficiently.
  • You have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • You have strong independent project management skills and are able to implement projects independently and successfully.
