  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated CRM processes, document automation processes and configurations

Job Overview:
As a CRM Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and performance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify automation opportunities, develop workflows, and leverage advanced technologies to optimize our CRM processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand CRM system requirements and identify opportunities for automation to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using scripting languages, APIs, and CRM-specific tools to streamline processes such as data integration, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain automation frameworks, test scripts, and workflows for CRM systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of existing CRM processes, recommending and implementing automation solutions for improved efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with software developers, data analysts, and business users to integrate automated testing and monitoring into CRM system development cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated CRM processes, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
  • Document automation processes, configurations, and best practices for CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with CRM industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative automation solutions.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM automation, software development, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and experience with CRM-specific automation tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM architectures, APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
  • Experience with automation frameworks, version control systems, and testing methodologies. 
  • Experience with automation platforms( Zapier/ Pabbly).
  • Experience in Domain Integrations and Cross Platform Integrations using Webhooks.
  • Experience in working with Odoo.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in CRM platforms (Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and data migration.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools for CRM data analysis and reporting.
