Job description

A global leading company in the tech industry is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will be an essential contributor to the integrated digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be the development and execution of scalable Marketing Automation programs, designed to drive multi-touch and email marketing campaigns that attract new customers and fuel our business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Email Marketing Excellence: Lead the development and execution of our email marketing program, encompassing strategy, segmentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing evaluation for continuous improvement.

- A/B Testing Guru: Strategically plan and execute A/B testing to identify opportunities for enhancing productivity, conversion rates, program/campaign ROI, and sales growth. Present actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders based on your findings.

- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Salesforce to generate reports and extract Pardot lists for precise targeting and segmentation. Analyze campaign and digital asset performance, collaborating with our Operations teams to provide executive-level reporting.

- Regional Coordination: Take charge of regional marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively staying abreast of the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders to enhance digital experiences. Collaborate closely with Events, Campaigns, Global Operations, and Product Marketing teams to implement improvements.

- Campaign Enhancement: Contribute valuable insights to campaign design in order to boost overall performance.

- Landing Page Expertise: Leverage your strong landing page design skills to create captivating user experiences.


Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing integrated campaigns within a Marketing Automation platform, with a strong preference for expertise in Pardot.

- Pardot proficiency highly desired.

- Significant background in utilizing Salesforce CRM and managing leads for campaigns.

- Familiarity with project management software, such as Monday.com or equivalent tools.

- Technical skills: preferred experience with HTML/CSS.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must your ability to collaborate is one of your standout qualities.

- A genuine passion for creating positive change through your work.


This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, remote. Pay rate is $40/hr.
