Job description

We are seeking a motivated CRM & Marketing Graduate to help optimize our client's customer engagement strategies and support their marketing efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in CRM management and marketing while contributing to the growth of a dynamic fitness brand.

Salary - $1500 per month

Type of Work - Full time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule - Ireland Timezone

Requirements

Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Knowledge of CRM systems (experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign GoHighlevel is a plus).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email marketing, social media, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with a passion for analysing customer behaviour and campaign performance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
