Qualifications:
A completed tertiary education degree from a university or UAS, Several years experience in IT project management and preferably in CRM implementation projects at an external service provider, In-depth experience and competence in stakeholder engagement and communication at different levels, Communication and negotiation skills at decision-making levels, excellent German and very good English skills, and flexible travel readiness in the German-speaking Switzerland.

- Leading exciting projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation of CRM solutions aimed at benefits
- Taking project responsibilities for quality, time, and budget with a motivated project team
- Providing advice to customers, implementing innovative solutions, establishing long-term successful collaborations
- Creating solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technologies
