This is an exciting role within the Betclic Casino team that currently drives a strong growth and aims to become the #1 Casino operator in its core markets. Our goal is to offer a seamless and entertaining player experience while implementing innovative features that will continue to drive player value. We're looking for a candidate with a strong business acumen, who can understand growth dynamics and put in place appropriate actions to achieve business objectives while communicating them efficiently to our players.

Working alongside our Head of Casino ang Growth Marketing teams, you’ll contribute to the definition & manage the delivery of our Marketing strategy, aiming to increase the performance of our games & players. You’ll work closely with our internal & external stakeholders to ensure our Casino content is constantly promoted in the right way. This position requires a high degree of versatility as it involves working on operational, tactical, and strategic subjects all at once.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • Develop Marketing strategies to grow our Product in our different markets; oversee every Marketing operations to ensure they contribute efficiently to our global strategy while seeking for constant optimizations
  • Build and deliver monthly operational plans; their planning, budgeting and execution, ensuring smooth delivery & measured performance.
  • Operate promotional activities to optimize Product usage and personalized actions at key lifecycle stages to maximize customer value.
  • Orchestrate the delivery of operations; coordinate operational teams & implement optimum processes to guarantee operational excellence.
  • Work hand in hand with country and Product Directors across multiple countries to align strategy and priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of CRM & promotions experts, effectively manage team resources and prioritize activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Partner with Data teams to implement measuring plans, identify Product insights, and run player analysis


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in Marketing/communication/CRM
  • You have proven experience in Gambling or Gaming industry
  • You have proven analytical skillset, capable of translating data insights into actionable plans
  • You have the ability to work across multiple teams in a matrix organization
  • You possess strong project management and coordination skills
  • You possess great communication and relationship building skills
  • You have energy, with a real will to learn and improve
  • And finally, you are fluent in spoken and written English. Portuguese is a plus ;)

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is successful, Elodie will contact you within a week to schedule a 30-minute HR prequalification interview
  • Afterward, you will be asked to complete the AssessFirst test, which assesses your personality, motivations, and reasoning
  • Next, you'll meet Geoffroy, Head of Casino (your future manager)
  • You will then be given a Use Case to prepare at home, which you will later present to both Geoffroy and Julie, Gaming Director
  • Finally, Elodie will conduct a concluding HR interview where you will review and discuss the results of your AssessFirst test.
