POSITION
As "Sales Manager Southern Germany (all genders)" you will develop the market of rental agencies and destinations in Southern Germany and Austria with us.
For our PMS system and our distribution partner network (Booking.com, Hometogo, vrbo, Check24, airBnB and many more) you will acquire attractive vacation rental agencies and destinations.
CHALLENGE
- Develop new customer acquisition strategies.
- Generate new leads independently and use leads provided by the team.
- Negotiate and agree terms with new clients.
- Advise and inspire tourism partners in your region with our software and sales solutions.
- Identify new opportunities for the company and contribute to the conception of new product ideas.
- Together with the Account Manager in your region, you will be our main point of contact in the market. Working closely with them, you will develop strategies to acquire new partners and optimize business relationships.
- Strengthen the positioning and awareness of our product portfolio in the market with the support of our marketing team.
- Regularly attend relevant trade shows, conferences and other events.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Degree in Business or Tourism or comparable qualification.
- Several years of work experience in a sales / distribution role.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Prospecting by telephone, video call or on-site appointments.
- Ability to grasp issues quickly, show initiative and have a high level of commitment and resilience.
- Passion for consulting, selling and dealing with people.
- Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience with CRM-Tools like Salesforce.
- Enthusiasm for and understanding of technology and e-commerce business.
- High level of motivation, team spirit, a hands-on mentality and a willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The position can be performed 100% remotely (with main residence in the region) with a willingness to travel of up to 50%.
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
