As a Project Manager in TUI Iberia, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end development of a specific portion of our Digital Product portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping define a compelling product vision that addresses both business objectives and evolving market demands.
This vision will serve as the foundation for an actionable, strategic product roadmap that guides the work of cross-functional engineering teams which you will be responsible to deliver and implement.
We're driving the digital transformation of our Tour Operator business, moving from legacy systems to modern technologies, while expanding B2C projects across Spain, Portugal, and LATAM.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You will lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
- You will develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
- You will report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
- You will coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- You will measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- You will perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
- You will create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
ABOUT YOU
- You are a strategic thinker with a user-centered mindset
- You are passionate about digital products and good design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro), analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Datadog) and virtual cooperation tools (e.g. MS Teams)
- Solid experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a digital environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working with cross functional engineering teams
- Very good communicator in English (written and spoken)
