The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product-Led Growth (PLG) Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll take charge of developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across third-party programs and email campaigns. You’ll also play a critical role in managing the PLG (Product-Led Growth) funnel, driving engagement with self-service users. This role is vital to fueling our growth and optimizing the customer journey from first touch through conversion.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and optimize the Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnel, focusing on turning trial users and product-activated leads into long-term customers, ensuring a seamless transition from product engagement to conversion
  • Own and manage third-party demand generation programs to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Design and implement sophisticated email nurture flows tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring timely and relevant communication
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and lead quality
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align demand gen efforts with overall business goals
Skills You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation within a B2B environment, with a specific focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
  • Strong proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce with the ability to use these tools to execute, track, and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing the PLG funnel, including engagement and conversion of trial users and product-activated leads
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of how to measure and optimize marketing efforts for ROI and KPIs

Salary Range 

runZero values transparency in the hiring process. According to our market data, we’re expecting this role to come in at a salary of about $130k-145k plus stock options.
