Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Media Buying teams to develop tailored campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Oversee all pre-launch activities for campaigns, from technical setup to quality assurance, utilizing industry-leading platforms.
  • Deliver polished, insightful reports and proposals to clients with precision and clarity.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges with creativity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Media Buying team to enhance internal processes and efficiency.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management role within the lead generation industry
  • Proven track record of successful client management and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Extensive network of relationships within the lead generation industry in the US/CAN
  • Visionary mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Self-driven with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
