Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Lead Generation: Utilize outbound strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social media engagement to generate high-quality leads.
  • Prospecting: Identify potential clients in the IT sector who require staff augmentation services, focusing on mid to large enterprises.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape for targeted outreach.
  • Qualification: Assess potential clients’ needs and qualify leads to ensure they align with our staffing solutions and pricing structures.
  • Sales Outreach: Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and manage communication strategies, ensuring a regular follow-up cadence.
  • Target Setting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to transition qualified leads and provide insights on client needs and market dynamics.
  • Reporting: Track lead generation activities and results, providing reports and updates to management on a regular basis.


Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of outbound lead generation experience, ideally in IT services or IT staff augmentation.
  • Knowledge of IT Staff Augmentation: Familiarity with the IT staff augmentation model, including typical client needs, staffing solutions, and the Time & Materials (T&M) pricing model.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, persuasive sales abilities, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
  • Target Regions: Prior experience targeting regions such as North America, Europe, or the Middle East is preferred.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently, meet lead generation targets, and adapt strategies as needed to maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work across different time zones if required to target specific regions
