The preferred location for this position would be in the United Kingdom, as the primary location responsibility is to conduct training in the UK with some travel as required in Europe & the Middle East.
Your Role:
- You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs from a management and strategy perspective
- You will ensure the creation and execution of training and budget plans, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
- You will adapt global training programs to local needs across different countries and maintain training records as well as measure training effectiveness using KPIs
- You will analyze and report on educational program milestones and stay updated on best practices
- You will coordinate with all Zone Functions like e.g. Marketing, Customer Services, Sales Operations, etc. and the Global Sales Education Function on training deliverables
Your Expertise:
- You have a university degree in the field of Business or Healthcare
- You have many years of working experience within the healthcare industry and a deep knowledge of the healthcare market
- Additionally, you have several years of sales or sales management experience
- You have very solid experience as Sales Skills Facilitator, Sales Trainer or Sales Coach
- You are fluent in English and have excellent presentation and communication skills
- You are able to work independently with passion and self-motivation, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a matrix organization as a team player
- You have strong coordination and project management skills
- You exhibit good business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and are motivational, proactive, and initiative-driven
