Responsibilities :
  1. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced sales and marketing interns
  2. Designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of sales and marketing interns
  3. Monitoring performance and providing feedback
  4. Encouraging innovation and creativity
  5. Assist mentees in their career development
  6. Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule
Requirements
  1. Strong background in both sales and marketing
  2. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
  3. Expertise in creating and executing strategic plans that align with business goals
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proficiency in analyzing sales and marketing data to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities
