Job description

We seek a talented Senior Identity & Access Manager with extensive expertise in the One Identity solution. Help us seamlessly elevate our IT infrastructure by integrating advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and processes that are pivotal in maintaining security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the final implementation and administration of One Identity (OI) solutions
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
Support the integration of One Identity with existing IT systems
Provide expert troubleshooting and resolve complex IAM issues
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

Requirements

8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience, with a strong focus on One Identity solutions
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex IAM projects from conception to implementation
In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, frameworks and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges
Expertise in conducting thorough risk assessments and ensuring compliance concerning identity and access governance
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
