Job description

Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others? Do you have a proven ability to solve complex issues, covering technical needs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide support and maintenance services for level 2 end-user support from our office in Cyprus in a hybrid setup. You will be part of an existing team with double function (Operations L2 support and Testing automation of regression tests).

Responsibilities


  • At least 2 years of experience as a support/system engineer
  • Experience in end-user support
  • SQL and scripting knowledge
  • Customer friendliness and proactiveness in finding the best solution to the problem (short and long-term)
  • Ability to quickly learn and dig into new areas
  • Experience in automation of daily routine tasks
  • Good spoken and written English
