Requirements
What you’ll be doing
- Presenting 4x scripted, live and online training sessions for a group of Sustainability Champions from a large, global food and beverage company.
- Here’s an example of the type of content you’ll be presenting.
- As part of this role, you may alternate between presenting and moderating. For each live training session, two presenters and one moderator will be selected, with roles assigned based on progress during the rehearsal period.
- You will undergo an initial rehearsal period of roughly 12-16 weeks, during which presenters will be required to rehearse in their own time and attend online rehearsals with the AimHi Earth team.
- While you will present the final live training sessions in French, the rehearsals will take place in both English and French (a significant portion of the initial rehearsals will be in English to ensure presenters are comfortable and confident with the training content).
- We use a dynamic tech setup that requires presenters to draw on a graphics pad, switch between screens, and interact with audiences via Zoom. Our in-depth rehearsals will support you in mastering this, but we’re looking for presenters who are quick to learn new technology and disciplined in practising independently to build confidence with our presenting setup.
- Some proofreading of training content that has been translated from English into French.
- For example, we may ask for you to contribute your knowledge of French culture to slightly adapt the training content to a French audience.
What you’ll need
Our ideal presenters don’t just share knowledge – they create a sense of wonder and urgency that inspires real action. You’re someone who connects with people through empathy, curiosity, and energy, and you’re passionate about making a positive impact on our planet!
- Native French speaker (France French) with fluency in spoken and written English. While the final live sessions will be delivered in French, a significant portion of preparation and rehearsals will be conducted in English.
- A natural ability to present with charisma, energy and exceptional storytelling skills to keep audiences engaged.
- Experience and confidence on camera, and a passion for connecting with people from all backgrounds.
- Familiarity with online broadcasting software (such as OBS) and the confidence to quickly learn new tools. You should be comfortable troubleshooting and adapting to technology on the go to ensure smooth, professional presentations.
- Strong multitasking skills. You’ll need to be confident in managing multiple elements at once while presenting. Self-discipline and commitment to practising independently are essential to master our presenting setup and to deliver high-quality sessions.
- We will invest significant time and energy in your development as an AimHi Earth presenter. In return, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, resilient, and fully committed to making a positive impact through this role!
Nice to haves

- Experience using Google Drive, Notion and Slack.
- Experience working with social enterprise start-ups.
- Fluency in additional languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian.
- Commitment to combating the climate and nature crisis and inspiring positive change!
Benefits
What we offer
- The chance to be a part of an exciting project that has the potential to lead to significant positive change in the way the global food and beverage industry views and acts in response to the climate and nature emergency.
