What you will do:

• Develop and refine computer vision models to tackle new challenges and
  improve the performance of existing large-scale computer vision systems,
  with a focus on product understanding;
• Stay abreast of the latest research in computer vision and machine learning,
  and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within CV capabilities;
• Lead research experiments and present their results.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field ;
• Research capabilities with focus on Computer Vision;
• Experience in applying research to industrial problems;
• Proficiency in programming with Python
  - Ability to rapidly prototype
  - Designing and managing medium to larger size software projects
• Proficiency in deep learning libraries, including PyTorch;
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
• Effective communication skills (example: ability to clearly report your research
  results);
• Ability to work responsively and proactively (taking ownership) in a remote
  environment with different timezones;
• Leading/driving research and design experiments;
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  - Identity recognition
  - Image matching
  - Visual fingerprinting
  - Image registration
• Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).

It would be great if you also have:

• Familiarity with image retrieval systems;
• Experience with cloud environments (Docker, GCP);
• Experience with Hadoop.
