Currently our Littelfuse Semiconductor Business Unit is looking for a Technical Sales and Business Development Manager (f/m/d) for Northern Europe & UK. In this role you will engage directly with key customers to understand their needs. You will also work with Product Management to help define target growth areas, understand competitors, analyze long-term market dynamics, and suggest new product development programs. In this position you will report directly to our Sr. Director Semiconductor Sales and Business Development, located in the US.

About the position:       
  • Build relationships with R&D engineers, engineering management and all levels of sourcing contacts.

  • Lead the development and implementation of Key Account strategies.

  • Manage customer intimacy related to all aspects of customer, applications, end markets and customer market trends.

  • Maintain sales management for semiconductor specific accounts.

  • Develop and execute strategies for new business opportunities.

  • Research competition, evaluate customer needs, understand the marketplace, and pursue additional sales with existing customer base.

  • Maintain a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the product line and the value proposition within specific applications.

  • Identify related products and new technologies that could enhance the development strategy to grow product lines.

  • Define new target markets and create strategic plan to gain entry.

About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience related to semiconductors.

  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductors with power semiconductor focus and customer interfacing roles at both technical and commercial level.

  • Extensive experience with lead generation and new sales.

  • Experience with global manufacturing companies would be preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels.

  • Fluent communication skills in English (in written and verbal).

  • Multi-language skills are a plus.
