They offer diverse diploma programs and are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team. This work-from-home position provides the opportunity to play a key role in driving new student enrollment and revenue growth for AIC's programs.
About You
Highly motivated and self-directed with a proven track record of success in business development, ideally within the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
Creative problem solver who can develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Proficient in using a variety of CRM and communication tools.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Schools, Colleges, career counselors, Airlines, and other relevant organizations.
Best online coursesNetwork with industry professionals to identify and develop strategic partnerships.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into enrolled students through effective communication and presentations.
Contribute to the development of new and innovative Aviation diploma programs to meet industry demands.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations on AIC's programs and benefits to prospective students and partners.
Manage and grow a designated client portfolio.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Interact with HR professionals and job seekers to enroll in our Pro HR Courses, ensuring a smooth HR experience on our platform.
Interact with MBA students and job seekers to enroll in our Campus To Corp (C2C) courses, ensuring a smooth HR experience on our platform.

Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, with a focus on education or a similar service-oriented industry (a plus).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A passion for the Aviation industry is a plus.
