Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required, Experience working in SDLC and testing solutions, Proficiency in Tableau, Azure DevOps, Visio, MS Suite, and SharePoint preferred, Functional and/or Technical Certifications preferred, Master's in Public Health is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients
- Elicit, validate, analyze, and document project requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and needs assessments
- Provide training content and serve as liaison between client and development team
- Prepare project documentation and high-level status updates
