With a first in class solution for unifying order, payment, and cash flow data in a single platform that automates reconciliation and revenue reporting. We are looking for a Head of Marketing with a proven track record in generating demand. 

What You’ll Do 

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, driving demand generation, and building a compelling brand. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to align marketing strategies with business goals and own the marketing funnel from top to bottom. This role requires someone who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, particularly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company’s business objectives, including demand generation, product marketing, and brand development.

  • Demand Expertise: we are looking for someone to build and develop demand channels / programs by starting with an experimentation framework to test, determine viability, optimize where applicable, ultimately to reach top of funnel opportunity creation predictability. 

  • Product Marketing Expertise: we are amidst a repositioning / packaging project that will culminate with a refreshed Homepage. In this role you will be pivotal to influencing our general GTM messaging, direction and digital footprint.

  • Brand Building: Establish and grow our brand presence in the fintech and SaaS ecosystems, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. As we grow, you will be responsible for hiring and managing marketing talent across various functions.

  • Analytics and Optimization: Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across departments and support business growth.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably within the fintech sector.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies and marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Deep experience with product marketing, including defining go-to-market strategies and positioning.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience in using data to measure success and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Experience building and scaling a marketing team is a plus.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
