Business Development Associate

At PINTU, We are building the #1 crypto investment platform to focus on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.

We’re looking for Business Development Associate to join Business and Strategy Team, to support B2B partnership within the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Identifying and reaching out to prospective B2B partners, as well as actively communicating with them to understand their needs and expectations as inputs for partnership opportunities
• Analyzing requirements, conceptualizing, and providing design solutions for potential B2B Partners and structuring potential new partnership deals more broadly.
• Managing B2B product integration process from end-to-end for B2B Partners.
• Maintaining good communication with existing B2B partners and resolving any partners’ issues and complaints.
• Monitoring B2B partners performance and prepare regular business intelligence reporting to BD Manager and VP of Strategy & Business.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders on B2B system improvements and issues resolution (e.g. product & engineering teams)
• Conducting regular research on market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competitive landscape, customer demographics, and new technologies in order to identify any potential threats or opportunities for Pintu.
• Supporting divisional strategic initiatives execution via development of work plans, data gathering, data analysis, and proposal of actionable recommendations (including but not limited to development of SOPs, manuals, training materials, etc) and measurable improvement results.
• Helping BD Manager to monitor targets, KPIs, and / or OKRs of functional / business unit performance.

Who We Are Looking For

• Have a minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Business Development & Partnerships in startups/financial or fin-tech industries/or other equivalent sectors.
• Min. Bachelor degrees in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or other related majors.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing B2B product integration is highly preferred.
• Ability to conceptualize and structure B2B partnerships, including commercial terms.
• Proven experience working with a tight deadline in a fast-paced working environment.
• A creative problem solver with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Ms. Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Have interest and preferably some experience working in a Crypto industry is a plus.
