Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Networking

Identify and target key leaders in the fintech sector.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build and expand your professional network.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and decision-makers.

Partnership Development

Collaborate with identified leaders to establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
Create compelling proposals and pitch presentations to engage potential partners.
Negotiate terms and agreements that align with the company's objectives.

Pipeline Management

Maintain a well-organized and updated pipeline of potential leaders for acquisition.
Track and report progress on leads, opportunities, and partnership negotiations.
Provide regular updates to the leadership team on acquisition efforts and results.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment with acquisition strategies.
Share insights and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the acquisition process.

Market Research and Analysis

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform acquisition strategies.
Provide market insights to internal teams to shape product and service offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the fintech industry 1-2 years.
Strong knowledge of the fintech sector, including industry trends and key players.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
