Job Overview: 

If you’re passionate about social media and looking for a place where you can learn from the best, look no further than our Sales Development Representative (SDR) position! In this role, you will help attract enterprise customers to the Khoros Brand. You will bring your research, outreach, and communication skills to get in front of key decision-makers across our ideal customers. You will work closely with sales leaders to help generate leads, build customer pipelines and qualify opportunities.​

Some responsibilities include:

  • Reaching out to strategic target companies to generate interest in our awesome suite of product offerings
  • Work closely with sales leaders to research and develop call strategies, messaging, and territory development
  • Generate pipeline via cold calling, email campaigns, Linkedin, marketing events, and inbound leads
  • Learning and staying informed of Khoros’ value proposition, product features and common sales objections to develop compelling conversations and handle initial discovery calls
  • Tracking and monitoring your sales activities and goals in Salesforce
  •  

You might be a good fit if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound sales or sales development role, preferably with in a high-technology based SaaS environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills – you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to introduce yourself to potential customers 
  • Time management and organizational skills will definitely help too!
  • Ability to take direction, be coached, and be mentored
  • Highly motivated, driven and a self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom info, Sales Navigator, Gong

 

This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The base salary range for this role is $45,000-$50,000 with a commission variable. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
