Job description

Job Title: Appointment scheduler
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ZAR 6,000 Basic + Commission

Help us grow by connecting potential clients with our sales team for demo opportunities. If you're skilled in communication and have a knack for engaging with people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads to schedule AI product demo appointments for the sales team.
Use excellent communication and persuasive skills to explain the value of the demo, ensuring a high booking rate.
Maintain an organised schedule and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
Follow up with potential clients and ensure they attend scheduled demos.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve demo rates.
Manage client data and appointments in CRM systems.

Key Qualifications:
Fluent in both written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting is highly desirable.
A sales mindset without the pressure of closing deals – your focus is on booking meetings!
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
