Product Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin or remote
  • Lead the strategic planning and development of our platform from concept to market launch, overseeing the end-to-end product delivery process.
  • Collaborate with the CTO, CPO, and cross-functional teams (development, marketing, design) to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs, translating the product vision into a coherent product strategy.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features to deliver the best solutions on time while aligning with requirements and priorities.
  • Lead product delivery using SCRUM methodologies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives), removing impediments to ensure productivity and goal alignment.
  • Work very closely together with the Design team for product discovery, fostering a collaborative approach to identify customer needs and uncover and refine new product opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends, informing product development to differentiate our solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between product development and internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success, fostering strong communication channels across all teams.
  • Educate internal teams about product updates and strategic initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment.
DEIN PROFIL
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or e-learning sectors, with a proven track record across different teams or companies, preferably in startup environments.
  • Strong experience as a SCRUM Master within an agile development team, adept at using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively lead teams and drive projects forward.
  • Analytical mindset with strong strategic and solution-oriented thinking, complemented by an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Passion for digital education and a drive for innovation, with a strong understanding of digital product architectures and technological developments.
  • Proficient in market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to incorporate insights into product development.
  • Highly proficient in modern product management philosophies, with a focus on close collaboration with both design and engineering teams to drive product excellence.
  • Willingness to spend part of each week in the office, working closely with engineering and design counterparts to foster teamwork and innovation
