Job Description

As our Administrative Assistant with Social Media Expertise, you’ll play a crucial role in our marketing and property management operations. You’ll manage online reviews, update property websites, and create engaging social media content for our diverse real estate portfolio. This position offers a unique blend of administrative tasks and creative marketing work, allowing you to showcase your versatility across various projects. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the success of apartment complexes, industrial sites, and special ventures like our golf club and co-working space.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to online reviews for multiple properties, maintaining our stellar reputation
  • Update website content weekly, including specials for apartment complexes (copy and paste)
  • Edit bi-weekly podcasts and create eye-catching social media reels to promote our properties
  • Handle signage requests efficiently for various properties in our portfolio
  • Engage with our audience across social media platforms, fostering community and addressing inquiries
  • Perform basic video and graphic editing for compelling social media content (no content creation, just edits)
  • Support content creation efforts, bringing fresh ideas to our marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms and basic content creation tools
  • Basic video and graphic editing skills, with a keen eye for visual appeal
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting professional review responses and engaging social posts
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp attention to detail and capacity to work independently
  • Interest in or knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Comfortable with remote work and flexible scheduling
  • Collaborative spirit, ready to work with our on-site marketing team
