We are searching for a Recruiter (intern) for our team who will mainly be responsible for managing and supporting ongoing recruitment processes as well as taking charge in individual projects.

Job Description:

  • Source potential candidates through various channels.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Assist in creating shortlists of qualified candidates for client consideration.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Understand client requirements to provide exceptional service.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
