What are we looking for?
Toolbox is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the team in our Montevideo office. The Recruiter is responsible for creating strategic to attract the best of qualified talent for the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong social skills, negotiation, process management and excellent organizational skills. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities: 

  • ​​​​​Search candidates on job portals, social networks and different media.
  • Administrate all stages of the recruitment process and understand it the hiring needs of the organization. Keep track of the status of your active searches and submit them to the appropriate portals to access different job profiles quickly.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
  • Schedule and do interviews, upload reports to management systems and actively participate in feedback meetings with those responsible for each search.
  • Monitoring and control of all issues in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Report on indicators of the selection process.
  • Manage the registration of the company of the chosen candidate.
  • Ensure that positions are covered at the pre-set times for each search.
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • Two years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative.
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
