Summary: Zifcare is a boutique recruitment agency that has been set up by an IIT/IIM alumnus. We work towards matching the right roles with the right talent. Our clients are some of the top startups in their sector.

We're looking for smart and technologically savvy psychology/HR/MBA candidates who are ready to be part of an early-stage company and grow fast. The successful candidate(s) must have experience in technical and non-technical recruitment + exposure to major recruitment tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening and interviewing the candidates

2. Creating and managing job posts on multiple platforms

3. Scheduling interviews with candidates for clients and ensuring participation

4. Helping out the team with content creation, social media, lead generation, etc.

Salary: INR 15,000 - INR 25,000 per month + incentives based on successfully closed roles
