As a TA in the team, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various functions and levels within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, a passion for building strong candidate relationships, and the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and many more stakeholders. You are going to have a crucial part in designing monday.com future vibes and culture.

About The Role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Leverage various channels including social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide insights, and offer guidance on candidate selection and offer negotiations.
  • Initiate and maintain interviewer training programs and ensure that we consistently maintain the highest standards over time
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Continuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition partner, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for Tech/ IT roles. 
  •  Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
