What we're looking for

Our client, a leading US-based Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a Social Media Manager with a strategic mindset, to take care of client relationship, community management and copywriting for social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media efforts of the agency.
  • Conduct kick-off calls with clients to understand their goals and expectations.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client.
  • Come up with creative ideas, including video concepts, for the upcoming quarters.
  • Present strategies and content plans to clients for approval.
  • Write captions and copy for social media posts.
  • Oversee the scheduling and posting of content for both clients and the agency.
  • Monitor social media performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, capable of creating compelling and brand-appropriate content for various clients.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and lead strategy discussions.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery of social media campaigns.
  • Confident in presenting strategies, content plans, and concepts to clients for approval.
  • Skilled in writing engaging captions and copy for both client and agency social media posts.
  • Proficiency in monitoring, reporting, and optimizing social media performance to continuously refine strategies.
  • Ability to manage posting schedules for both client and agency accounts.
  • Available to work in PT/MT (USA) time zones.
