Job description

• Graphic Design:

• Create visually stunning and on-brand designs for digital platforms and print materials, including social media content, marketing collateral, website assets, and image retouching.

• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with project goals, ensuring consistent brand identity across all designs.

• Retouch and enhance images to meet design quality standards and project requirements, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity.

• Produce packaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines, considering both form and functionality, and incorporate necessary design amends based on feedback.

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visuals enhance overall marketing campaigns.

• Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of your work.

• Amend print ready artwork based on client feedback.

• Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.

• Generate engaging and share-worthy content for social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media trends to improve audience engagement.

• Oversee social media campaigns, promotions, and contests, tracking their performance to optimize future strategies.

• Content Creation & Management:

• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and other visual assets that complement marketing initiatives.

• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to the brand's tone and messaging.

• Manage and organize digital files and assets, ensuring smooth workflows and accessibility.

• Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to ensure all campaigns align with business goals.

• Provide clear and constructive feedback to teams while incorporating suggestions to refine content and strategies.

• Partner with external influencers and industry professionals to enhance the brand's reach and visibility.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Use data to refine strategies and improve future campaign outcomes.

• Minimal Digital Marketing:

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including campaign creation, execution, and analysis across channels like social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

• Create and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve the website’s visibility and traffic.

• Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize results.

• Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal use of resources, balancing creativity with performance metrics.
