Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM Morgan, TX w/ 1hr unpaid break
Responsibilities:
  • Web Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and functional web interfaces.

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
    • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

  • Google Ads Management:

    • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
    • Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies based on data insights.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
    • Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Data Analytics:

    • Analyze data from various marketing channels to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
    • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
