Job Title: Remote Digital Marketing Director (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $30 - $50 per hour, depending on professional skills and qualifications (starting at ~$4,800 USD/month)


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm Pacific Time Zone

Job Overview:

They are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Director to spearhead its marketing initiatives. This pivotal role involves developing and executing an online marketing strategy to effectively reach and engage a diverse audience for the organization's subscription services, educational courses, and experiential retreats. As a remote leader collaborating with a global team, the Digital Marketing Director will play a crucial role in achieving the organization’s mission of delivering transformative spiritual programs worldwide.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our online products and services.
  • Oversee all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Lead a remote marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring a high return on investment.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director or similar role, preferably in the online education, spirituality services or wellness services industry.
  • Skills:
