Role: Support Specialist L2

Location: India

Skills Required: Knime, SQL and Excel


About the Operations Team:

Includes the activities, processes and practices involved in managing and maintaining the operational aspects of an organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. It focuses on ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT services, infrastructure components and supporting systems in the Data & Analytics area.


Duties Description:

  • Incident and Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration, and Access Management
  • End-to-End Support.
  • SIP Development.
  • Monitoring Pipelines.
  • Checking the correctness of data downloading, etc.
  • Troubleshooting user-raised issues as consulted or escalated.
  • May be assigned tasks to participate in development or deployment of new features or enhancements to production.
  • Needs concentration on back-end technologies since tasks are heavy on both monitoring and investigating issues.
  • Direct contact with clients to gather requirements, present recommendations, and deliverables.


Requirements:

  • Good command of English – both spoken and written skills on at least B2 level.
  • Must Have Skills: SQL, Knime (3/5), Excel
  • Nice to have: Azure and PBI
  • Shift Needed (PH Time): ASIA (7AM To 4PM) or EMEA (2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 12am), subject to change
  • Willing to work on holidays and on a weekend rotating basis, as necessary.
  • Looking for a resource with confirmed solid KNIME knowledge and problem solving skills, APAC shift preferable but can also be EMEA
