You’ll be part of the Cash ISA (Individual Savings Account) Transfers team, and will be responsible for monitoring and processing customer’s cash ISA transfer requests.
What you'll do:
- Manage the processing of cash ISA transfers
- Provide customer support relating to ISA transfers
- Liaise with other ISA providers to resolve discrepancies
What we’re really looking for:
- Willingness to learn
- Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
- Passion for delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic to Intermediate
Nice to have:
- An understanding of ISAs and the ISA rules
- You have worked in a tech environment before or have a strong interest in FinTech (think challenger banks, crypto and app-based investing)
