Job description

Position: Senior Finance Director

We invite you to apply for the role of Senior Finance Director at our esteemed organization, where you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our financial strategy and operations. This position is full-time with the flexibility of working remotely three days a week. We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base salary expected to range from \(160,000 to \)190,000 annually, commensurate with your expertise and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and manage financial planning processes to ensure precision and dependability in financial data.
  • Address intricate financial challenges while overseeing budgets and enterprise financial models, providing insightful analytics to aid executive decision-making.
  • Produce performance summaries for senior leadership, facilitating informed strategic decisions.
  • Take the reins on budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, ROI assessments, and the monitoring of vital strategic metrics, including Budget versus Actuals.
  • Supervise financial modeling, advocate for enhancements, assess risk alternatives, and conduct evaluations across various scenarios and forecasts.
  • Perform P&L analysis for all forecasting cycles, emphasizing a thorough understanding of departmental variances, alongside identifying associated risks and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages, as well as prepare presentation materials for the Executive team and Board.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP and financial planning systems.
